This is a generally recommended update.
Added features:
Added named parameter preferBaseItemId to FlipbooksRule.prototype.testWithoutExpressions (true by default).
This adds YEP_ItemCore (independent items) compatibility for equipment filters.
The compatibility mode is enabled by default. Dependent plugins should add a matching compatibility tweak parameter to control this argument, but should generally default it to true/ON.
