Ver. 1.0.1: Revision for Dynamic Pictures 1.1+.*

This is a very optional update.

Fixes:

• Fixed a help text typo.

Revisions:

• Removed Maps-filter implementation, as Dynamic Pictures supports this natively since Ver. 1.1.3.

Compatibility changes:

• TS_Dynamic_Pictures: >= Ver. 1.1.* only

This mainly cleans up the onlyOnMaps and onlyOnMapsNoteTagged properties and filters to not be reimplemented (identically) on derived classes.
