Now updated so that it's usable on mobile; I thought my old responsive layout was fine then I got stranded with only mobile devices for a few weeks, checked it, and discovered that when it's an Actual mobile device as opposed to a laptop simulating it it's really not a very good experience. So this is an update to this one; the city generator, which uses the same layout, will get the same update later this coming week most likely.
