1.0.1 Update

Based on feedback received during the BlackThornProd Game Jam, I have made the following updates:

• Added an Instructional 'How To' menu item
• Fixed up the bug that led to unintentional destruction
• Made it harder to get rid of Baobabs (the longer they are let to grow, the more times you have to hit them to destroy them)
• Adjusted the win and lose conditions to make the game more playable
• Added in footstep noises
