Spring Update

Bad news first: a June release isn’t happening. Progress has not been as fast as we wanted, and in the past month or so, real life has reared its ugly head again, with various roadblocks, including being knocked out by illness for a while. We are holding off on setting a new date for now, aside from committing to a 2024 release.

For the good news, we are getting close to finalizing some of the most important background environments in the game, and new sprites are coming along nicely as well. We are also in contact with our wonderful composer, who will soon start work on the final track. (Thank you for sticking with us, Edwin!)

We truly are sorry it is taking this long, but know that we are starting to see the end of the tunnel. For now, we keep focusing on just getting things done. A final game is still a ways off, but we are constantly getting closer.
