Addedd a few important changes.

• Fixed an issue, where if you picked up a battery charge with 0 current energy, the cooldown did not reset.
• Added a porthole light to the player sprite, so navigation is slightly easier.
• Enemies now stop when the game is paused.
• Minor changes in UI and end scene cosmetics.
