Weekly Update #11 - Theme
This week we've pollished many UI elements of the game and updated graphics for characters and enemies along with a handful of other content additions, such as a chance to acquire '+' version of items!
- The Main Menu has been updated graphically
- Trees in the Upgrade Tree screen now hover slightly
- Transitions have been implemented for commencing a card event, with unique ones for battle, elite battle and boss battles
- A new skill has been added that has a chance to hit adjacent enemies
- Added a chance to acquire a '+' on an item, increasing stats. This chance is increased with luck
- Characters art has been changed and UI adjusted
- Added new Boar enemy
- Fixed events not using stat values properly
- Several enemy sprites have been replaced
- Several enemies and the boss have been changed
- Directional movement on the Upgrade Tree is no longer inverted with the arrow keys
- Adjusted enemy attack animation
- Enemies no longer change position when one dies
- Enemies now have an idle animation!
- Reduced power of elite enemies slightly
- Increased Boss Bite damage
- Clicking an item to equip it now plays a sound
- Orbs around the boss card are now animated
- Fixed a bug where opening the path tree on the dungeon board would play the campfire sound
- Fixed loading screen on upgrade tree not being the correct size
