Update to Chapter 2

An update has been made to chapter 2 that adds the following:

• Added Raph's missing interactions.
• Added new art through chapter 2 for Leo, Donnie, Mikey and Raph.
• Fixed a bug where when choosing to repeat an interaction even if dialogue says "You already asked him this."  the user would still receive extra affection points for the interaction.
• Fixed some minor dialogue errors.
