Knife & Slime 1.0 - Final Release

After a little more than a  year this is the final version of Knife & Slime. (Now available on Windows in addition to in-browser)

• New Stages and adjustments to some existing stages.
• Added 11 Gallery images (40 total)
• Card Gallery shows unlock conditions
• Heal on new start/reset
• New sound effects
• Star Explanation added
• Additional dialogue (and enemy portraits)
