Bug Fix | Weapon Reload

Fixing bugs related to the weapon reload

• You can no longer reload a weapon that is already being reloaded
• You can no longer reload a weapon when its magazine is already full
• Reloading a weapon without extra ammo will no longer trigger the reload animation
• You can now cancel the reload by switching to another weapon
