[0.375] Music and Options

Added a basic options menu, currently with the following settings:

• Gameplay: added option to enter player name. Currently, this only affects the end of level message, but may be used in the future for high score tables or leaderboards.
• Video: added options to toggle motion blur and the postprocessing effects while boosting.
• Audio: added sound and music volume sliders.

Music:

• Added some synthwave-inspired music tracks.
