Stage 3 finished(?)

i've made an experimental version of Stage 3 available. note that it has not been playtested as extensively as the first 2 stages, so some bullet patterns are still subject to change.

to unlock Stage 3, you have to collect at least $10 in Stage 2. the theme of Stage 3 is circles.
