My thoughts with this area was like Steven Universe water spire x life is strange while being it’s on thing. This tornado wraps around a spire of ice, basically cloaking it. This threatens the people of the nearby harbor so you’re recruited by the government of the region to go out and investigate the supernatural weather event, using three crystals sent from the heavens to disperse the storm unveiling a shiny spire of ice that you ascend in investigation, confronting an odd foe or two.
