Added an online leaderboard for bragging rights!

• Engine sound
• Some smoke particles
• Updated the course-completion flow

There may be some things coming, unless I get distracted:

• New "art"
• Obstacles
• More sounds
• Music?
• And probably a title-screen of some sort
