Added the construction of a camp to the game, which extracts resources. Resources are not extracted in the window of the city, but go directly to the treasury of the faction.
The camp can only be placed on the resources on the map on its territory.
The artificial intelligence in the game is still weak, but I will continue to work on it so that it can challenge the player, at least.
This is the last update before deadline.
