Pizza Timer 1.3.1

This is a small update, but something that a lot of people, myself included, wanted since the beginning.

Let me show you the changes:

• Noise's Lap 3 Theme added (Special Guest Showdown)
• Replaced the "Welcome Screen" with a new "Controls Screen", which is essentially the same thing, but more aesthetic.
• (Hopefully) Better performance, so now lower end devices should be able to use Pizza Timer more easily.
  Now, the one thing that everyone have been waiting...
• Fixed Pizza Face's movement. Now he won't move in an 8 way axis, he'll now move directly to your mouse, just like in the game.

This is a small update, so there is really nothing much else.
