Weather and Houses

Hi everyone!

I've made it possible to enter all homes now, so painting a house enough on the outside already caused people to open the door and flee, but now you can do it with all 5 of the randomly generated houses in the game right now!
Also, the weather conditions (rain was messed up and now fixed) also have an upgrade point multiplier attached, so you get a + 0.5 multi when you add each weather condition! So if you add all 3, you'll have a 2.5 x upgrade point when you finish the level!
