Bug fixes and balance tweaks.

Changes

• Added a new background image for start of game.
• Tweak text for post-Qi Condensation Shiao Gian encounter.
• Sort techniques by their stance restriction in the technique list.
• Qi Pool pill gives more qi.

Balance Changes

• Give protective enchantment Barrier Mitigation instead of defense.
• Serrated Transmutation now has a max conversion, and a lower conversion ratio.
• Blazing Resurgence has been reworked entirely.
• Tribulation bolt now hits 9 times, and each hit scales up in damage.
• Pinpoint Detonation now hits harder, creates more flow, and costs less droplets.
• Made when buffs execute obvious in their tooltips. Most buffs execute before a technique. Dancing weapons now activate after techniques.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed Profane Exchange to actually be activatable.
