Update a2

After a few minor bugs were found, they have been fixed in 1b, along with some other things:

Upgrades after death are now properly done, so no more flying at lightspeed with cheaper upgrades

Upgrades altered slightly, some are the same, others are more expensive to start but have more balanced prices increases

Internal changes for future updates

And the biggest fix of all...

Hitting "Try Again" no longer increases the difficulty

And may there is something else, who knows

There isn't a hidden command console
