Post Gamejam Cleanup

• Removed HTML Version due to bugginess
• Removed the old jam version leaving the current updated one
• Reworked the page to suit HTML being gone

The non jam version updates:
1. New enemy: Charging Skeleton, once a few moments will charge full speed at player
2. Spawners are now placed to avoid enemies being spawned into the wall
3. Leaderboard! Enter you name in the main menu and compete against other players
4. Game now saves settings between sessions
5. Added small tutorial to press control to see spells
6. Skeletons will now go side to side to avoid getting stuck in rooms and still reach the player
7. Slight balancing tweaks, reducing amount of Gatling Skeletons on lower difficulties, as well as giving them grace time between shooting
