A small update based on some feedback. (Irayo ma Tan Jala sì patmo)

Changes:

Hazard Course:

• The "TSEYKAWNG" decal now says "SKA'A" instead
• The HZCROWBAR string in titles.txt has been changed to use "skiva'a" instead of "tseykivawng"
  

UI:

• Added translations for these missing gameui_english.txt strings related to saving:
  • GameUI_QuickSave
  • GameUI_AutoSave
  • GameUI_Save
  • GameUI_SaveGame_NewSavedGame
  • GameUI_SaveGame_New
  • GameUI_SaveGame_Current
  • plus a couple of extra ones which are probably never seen
