Encounter Generators and New Events

Updated files are now available with the following additions:

• a few grammar and style fixes
• a cleaned up explanation of running Naval Combat solo
• a set of encounter generators, Seen at Sea, to expand on the d12 Encounters table of the Pirate's Code.
• a d66 table of specific events, Events to Die For, that can occur when you trigger an encounter during Maritime Travel.
