Weather Machine update!

Hello everyone!

Thank you all for your support! I've added a cool new feature: weather effects! You can activate these in the options menu under Game Settings. Add rain (slowly washes off paint), wind (blows the player in a direction) or lightning (darkens the screen with flashes of light), or you can activate multiple, or have it be random! Have fun!
