Minor bug fixes and enhancements in comparison to v0.4.5 release.

Change log:

• Prevent going throught the ground when descending a ladder.
• Reset ledge grab and underwater flags if active on quitting the game.
• Add checks if game is active prior to performing certain actions.
• Add falling shooting forward animation cycle.
• Add current release date in main menu credits line.
