Version 2.0

This version is focused on the introduction to Stage 2 and it's "early" mechanics. These mechanics include:

• 2 new characters
• 3 areas to explore
• Comparisons with Drash
• An interactive Stage 2 technology
• More stats for growth
• Last but not least, a simple debug to skip ahead to certain points in the game
