Pac Survivor Renamed To Pakky Survivor

This version has Lives, It has fewer enemies to show up, you can acquire more lives at different increments.

Solid release here, doesn't appear to have many bugs. Need to make it safer for player to revive, and a way to clear the room so players can push further into the game.
