1.0.2: Dynamic resolution; touch play improvements~!

Hello all @w@ 1.0.2 is now published. 

The most important change is that the game can now be scaled horizontally. If you were playing on a phone in fullscreen, there were ugly black bars on the sides if your phone resolution was wider than 16:9. These are now eliminated.

On touchscreens, photo mode is now completely usable:

These additional directional touch controls only appear on this screen. Tapping anything that isn't a button will toggle the interface, allowing you to take screenshots without any extra buttons.

• The Spritzer special has been shelved. It's not rewarding or fun to use, and generally is not very good. Azura now has the Orbital Cannon on both skins, and Fisk has 86'd on both skins.
• The appearance of the DANGER text has changed, partly to resolve an issue with the rendering of kanji. As few international fonts support stylised kanji, this now reads きけん。
• A new exit transition has been added for the game screen.

This should conclude technical updates for a bit. I want the next update to include new artwork!!
