Created new manager (bullet_layer) to decouble bullets from their nodes of origin. Some code needs to be updated to make use of it, but it'll be updated as it is necesssary.
Player ground standing attack is now able to hit multiple times while it is held.
A round of testing has begun. Awaiting feedback.
[BUG] Interacting with (healing item) and other sources of non-elemental application causes the game to no longer recognize the active element. Partially resolved.
