Version 1.4 live!

Version 1.4 is now live!

This version fixes all bug reported by play-testers.

Also, some elements have been added after a lot of feedback was received, for example:

• Better UI elements like spawning animation for enemies and score animation.
• Text to guide the user when uploading the score.
• No more "Quit" and "Resolution" settings for the browser version.
