Post Jam Update

The game was slightly updated. List of changes:

• SFX for picking up dream souls and taking a hit;
• the Moon is real;
• the game should be frame-independent now (i think).

The HTML5 version has also been updated, so if you want to play the jam version, please download one of the standalone builds.
