Version 2.4.0 released

Block Attack - Rise of the Blocks
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

This version adds several different starting speeds to "Endless".

The Windows version now also has better scaling and works with Unicode paths. On my test machines it is so good that I expect to soon remove the "1024x768" recommended resolution.
