DECIMUS v0.1.2 | arm cannon + slide

This update brings:

• Arm cannon (E - toggle, LMB - shoot)
• Slide (hold CTRL)
• Double jump
• Speedometer
• Sensitivity now doesn't change when in slow-mo

I experimented with a grappling hook; however, i don't believe it goes well with existing gameplay...
