-fixed player still aniamting when game is paused
-added dash particles
-added dust particles
-brand new death screen
-can now unlock the lightning robe. Each robe has its own high score
-can now exit to menu from pause screen
-new online high score screen shows top 10 high scores
-added day/night cycle
-general bug fixes
