Hotpatch 1.1

Changes:

• Changed background behaviour to not reduce max FPS and manipulate V-Sync
  • Doing more testing afterwards led to this possibly crashing macOS in some circumstances

Previous builds are still what they were for (pre-release) and should not contain the introduced problematic behavior
