A small update which adds a basic version of most of the things I couldn't get into the game jam version in time.
Added a new weapon for enemies, Light Lances, a hardened beam weapon. Item pickups will include an equip-able version for the player in future versions
Added a new enemy which uses a Light Lance
Added the portal, full functionality to be implemented in future versions
Added missing HUD elements
Enemy ship AI adjusted to behave more like space ships
