Added coins that you gain from surviving and destroying others that can be used in the shop explained below.
Added the shop where you can upgrade your health, ammo, and change your car - more things coming soon.
Themed the game more pixelated with all the text and gave the text some color and outlines.
Added an end at 2 minutes survived - will soon become levels in which you will advance to the next level after a certain amount of time.
