Update v0.1.9

Hi everyone,

Version 0.1.9 is now live. Just a minor update as we're working on a bigger update and some marketing milestones. 

Patch notes:

• Improved the visual effect on rare cards to make them look more special. 
• Champions now play class cards instead of normal cards. 
• Fixed a bug that caused the player to start with 0 dollars instead of 10 dollars when restarting the game after defeat by a champion.
• Fixed a bug that caused tooltip info of runic powers to render behind other visuals.
