4/20 Persistent Progress / SFX Update

Haven't had much time to work on this, but I am proud of the progress I've made! 

I know I said before I won't be making any more balance changes... but I will be tweaking the game until I am done working on it!

Fixed:

• Whirlpool no longer shooting player up

Changed:

• swallow boxes adjusted
• Leaps go forward
• Sponges break after second mermaid collision
• Extra modes need to be unlocked
• Top Scores stay forever in save file
• Various balance changes

Added:

• More sounds
• Struggling
• Goldfish currency
• automatic progress save and load
• Buffet Mode
• Restart level option
