Bugfix build 2
- fixed creatine bug that doubled all drops at upgrade level one (205% -> 105%)
- capped damage text max size (to prevent full screen flashing and a need for an epileptic seizure warning)
- reduced posibility for the player to get stuck out of bounds (for relatively reasonable movement speeds)
- fixed an issue with wave generation after level 10 that prevented the blue/orange enemies from spawning
- fixed issue that prevented overlap of enemy waves for levels 11-20
- incresed invincibility frames after the player gets hit -- this should reduce the chance of getting stun locked and prematurely ending a run
