Mute Button

I'm still working on some new levels, the plan is to add at least five more, but these things take time of course.

I've already sorted out a mute button, as requested by some of you. This will be included in the next version, along with anything else that needs doing. I might have a go at redoing the sound effects anyway, they were only intended as place holders.

I was also thinking about adding some music, but that might have to wait.
