It looks like this has gotten a few plays over the past couple of days and I have been working on this a bit as a side project. I plan to release an update by the end of next week. I have added a title to fight for and improved character physics quite a bit. I also hope to track each fighters fight record by that time but I am not 100% sure if that will be in by next update.
