Created game background, will be dimmed for gameplay to be used on top.
To Do:
-Finish start screen and implement it into the game
-Figure out how to add moving trains on top of tracks using placeholders
-Make crash mechanic for after adding trains to indicate game over
-Help tf more with code cmon vicky
