Elemental Dreams ver. 0.3.1 - Minor Update!

Elemental Dreams ver. 0.3.1 is a minor improvement from ver. 0.3.0 with the following changes:

• Made some graphical changes for Wind Ride effect character sprite
• Added some missing map name displays
• Fixed a bug where players were unable to obtain Wallpaper #5
