When doing the quest related to felons, you're gonna go on call with Limpus, the one with the portrait as you see here. It's still placeholder, but I think her visual is good. There's also some sprites of Egor here when calling her. The progress in regards to these felon related quests, now that I've finished one, it sets up a template for me to make doing the others easier.
Another bonus.... next week. I might just release 0.6.5, the latest version available on discord, in here. Note, that 0.7.x is the one I'm currently working on, and 0.6.5 is the version that's been out for a while but just not on the Shudderfly Archive.
