V1.1 - Now with Translations and Settings!

Hei, hei everyone! 

Prepare to explore the enhanced settings menu of PengCode and customize your experience to perfection, whether by adjusting preferences or switching to Norwegian as your primary language! Version 1.1 brings forth a significant addition alongside various fixes:

• Expand your language horizons as the UI now supports multiple languages beyond English. (Please note: Not all elements in PengCode are translated, and some translations may not be accurate! And all types of UI will not be translated for now.)
• Download your newly minted data with ease by simply pressing the "Arrow Down" key.
• Embrace creativity with the option to name your save files—perhaps "Goofy" will lend just the right touch of charm?
• Major and Minor bug fixes & improvements
• And some UI changes ;)
