Devlogs
(1st SDEEP Devlog) Thank you! ๐
First I wanted to say thank you all for your support on both of my projects! Itchio has been the most supportive community I've ever been a part of and I want to give back ten fold with my work as soon as I figure out how! (Don't look too hard at the art btw, spoilers.)
As for my first report on SDEEP:
- I placed a more clear description of how exactly the game works on the page now so people can get a better idea.
- Just a heads up about SDEEP: I consider Curse of Dares to be 40% nsfw, 60% gameplay, SDEEP will be 70% nsfw and 30% gameplay: these games will not be super similar, (SDEEP will not have animated scenes) art will be the driving force of this game. So expect a LOT of art for this project. (art like above)
- I'll try to get some GIFs out by next Monday showing off the game.
TL:DR for main page description: Game focuses heavily on
- Sound for an atmospheric feel. (Not required: your radar will pick up pings too)
- The relationship with your salvor. Your chats with her and the answers you give will raise her trust affecting gameplay.
- Low graphics, this game is played from your perspective watching ONLY the radar with a basic understanding of the map.
- Art, every situation she gets in will show up in your chat window in full pink. Then you will be able to tap the echograph to get a photo of her situation.
I think I'll upload a devlog every Monday for this game until it releases. (I'm guessing 5 to 6+1 total) keep in mind I will still be doing some minor changes and updates (+1 week) for Curse of Dares mostly focusing on balancing and platform support for now. (I'll make a CDares devlog when that stuff is completed)
Once more I cannot stress enough how much your support means to me, I won't forget this.
