Version 1.0.3 - New game mode!

Here's version 1.0.3 with some bug fixes and a new game mode.

For a more fast-paced game, select Pile-Up. In this mode, blocks continuously fall from the top of the screen, and the game ends when they are piled too high (about 3 blocks above the top of the screen). Reckless tactics become necessary at critical moments!

Other changes:

• Fixed losing progress when the app is closed directly
• Replaced color-match sound with something less annoying
• High score name field no longer defaults to "Magicsofa" (heh)
• Restrict level selection to 10, 20, 30, etc.
