With the game-breaking bug in Moltaenia's date brought to my attention, I went ahead and cut a new beta update where I was and got that out, so anyone having issues beating Moltaenia can download this update, move your safe file over, and it should now work.
Work on 5b will start tonight/tomorrow, and hopefully we are getting nearly worked out on bugs and ready for a Steam release.
