Updated Rules!

I've updated the rules doc for better formatting and some balance changes. There are now a few placeholder images as I have an artist working on some images for the game and wanted to get an idea of how they will fit into the rulebook.

The pages for creating an army have been separated into their own PDF file and I'm still working on the formatting/look for that. Google docs is not exactly ideal for formatting/page layouts....
