Features and bug fixes

Hey y’all!

Since my team is generally motivated to continue improving the game, I added some features I wasn’t able to add in time during GDW:

• higher quality for dashing and shooting effects
• volume settings being saved over sessions
• more detailed behavior of the end boss
• ultimate ability mechanics
• visualization of controls (did you know you could use a controller? now you do)

In addition to that I fixed some bugs about:

• door not opening although there were no enemies left in the room
• fixing controls (this was a bit of a challenge, you can read about it in my >dev blog post<)

I still have some work to do and we also have plans to turn the setting into something more of an underground wonderland.
